It all started with a cherished family Limoncello recipe, passed down through generations. Rod Micallef brought this tradition to life at Zonzo Estate, crafting homemade Limoncello from 32,000 hand-peeled local lemons.
What began as a labour of love has evolved into Australia's most celebrated ready-to-drink spritz — a perfect fusion of Italian heritage and Australian craftsmanship.
